to travel independently to Motorsport Grands Prix can
take advantage of our simple, trouble free, booking
service.The regular ferry crossings are still popular,
as they give the opportunity to stretch the legs and
have a meal without losing time, while Eurotunnel is
having an increasing appeal to those for whom time is
particularly important. Please note that while we do
not operate flights ourselves, we have many contacts
and could probably give you appropriate advice.The following prices are for year 2007 and are for reference purposes only. Year 2008 offers and prices will be entered to this page when information is provided to us by the relevent responsible authorities..

Tickets
By the route selected as detailed under
'Travel Basis' for regular cars; those with roof
racks, 4x4's, MPV's vans and minibuses may carry
a supplement.
Health Travel Card.
The existing E111 form entitling British residents
to free or reduced cost health care in most European
countries, becomes invalid on January 1st 2006. The
new card can be applied for online or by phoning 0845

Hotel
Room & Breakfast
accommodation for the number of nights stated, in
a room with facilities, including taxes and service.
Where en suite facilities are absent bathrooms are
situated in the corridor.
Parking
Parking for one
car for the duration of your stay within the validity
of your ferry ticket.
Group
Reservation
For passengers booking together as a party,
or for Motor Club members booking together, we can
give free places or a discount, depending upon the
number of passengers and cars travelling - please
telephone for details.
Vehicle Cover
Vehicle cover is optional and the charge should
be deleted from your account if not required.
Passport and Visas
A valid 10 year passport is required for all journeys
to another country, but holders of a British Citizen
passport do not require a visa for the countries
shown in our arrangements. If you are a British
Dependent Territories Citizen, British Overseas
Citizen, British Subject, British National Overseas
or a British Protected Person, you may need a visa
that is not required by British Citizens. For all
passport enquiries (including renewals) contact
the National Advice Line on 0870 521 0410. For all
visa enquiries contact the Consulate or Embassy
of the country you wish to visit.
Special
Note
We are now legally required to give Ferry Companies
prior information concerning ALL PASSENGERS who
travel. i.e Surname, initials, sex, age and special
assistance , so you should have this information
available when booking.
Documentation
Requirements for your journey
These are minimal
, assuming you hold a British Citizen
Passport but please also
note the following:
1. Modern Photocard licences are
valid to visit all European Grand's Prix
2. An International
Driving Permit is required by holders
of all other U.K licenses to visit the Hungarian
Grand Prix
3. Holders of an old (green)
licence require an International
Driving Permit for Spain
& Italy
4. The car Registration
Document should be carried at all times
5. A Red Warning Triangle,
a set of spare bulbs and headlight adjusters must always be carried, plus
a G.B.
