The Year 2008 Japanese
Grand Prix is scheduled to be held at the Fuji Speedway
circuit, dated for 12th October 2008. The access to
the stadium will only be possible through organised
transportation. Spectators on FOOT by BICYCLES or CARS will NOT BE
permitted to get into the circuit.
In consideration of local traffic and environment and
to ensure trouble free access for spectators, a system
has been adapted that combines admission tickets with
bus transportation
The
final means of access to Fuji Speedway for ALL visitors will be by SHUTTLE BUS.
Reaching the venue with the admission tickets offered
on the above price list, will take one of the following
three forms.
1)
JR Tokaida Shinkansen to designated train station -
MISHIMA
2) JR Tokaida Shinkansen to designated train station
- SHIN - FUJI
3) Private car to offsite parking - HIGASHIFUJI
Holders of
tickets on grandstands S, D, F and General Admission
will have to take the Shinkansen train to go to MISHIMA.
From there the shuttle bus starts to bring the guests
into the circuit. According
to the promoter these ticket holders will not be shuttled
from another location.
Holders of
tickets on grandstands C2, G, H, J, N and P will have
to take the Shinkansen train to go to SHIN - FUJI. From
there the shuttle bus starts to bring the guests into
the circuit. According
to the promoter these ticket holders will not be shuttled
from another location.
Holders
of tickets on grandstands A1 and A2 have to arrive at
off-site car parking HIGASHIFUJI. The parking tickets
are included in the grandstand tickets in a ration of
1 parking : 4 grandstand tickets. From there the shuttle
bus starts to bring the guests into the circuit. According
to the promoter these ticket holders will not be shuttled
from another location. Additional car parking tickets
can be organised.

The Paddock Club
is for exclusive hospitality, and is located at
a site which has a good vantage point on each circuit,
where three days can be spent in complete comfort.
An excellent four-course lunch with wine is served
each day, and refreshments are available throughout.
Each marquee has a terrace for relaxation. Paddock
Club guests enjoy superb views of the track from
special grandstands with reserved seats, or from
Club facilities where the Paddock Club is located
on the Pit roof. Every day there is a Pit walkabout
to give a closer look at the teams and the cars.
Corporate Entertaining:
The Paddock Club will certainly create the right
impression if you wish to take guests to a Grand
Prix. You may have tables for 10 or have your own
marquee for 50 or more. The excellent catering is
of course very flexible so that you may add or alter
to suit. |
