*Note - All camping areas are available
from Thursday before the race until the following Monday. Parking
is included for one vehicle, usually alongside the
camping emplacement (7m x 5m). The quoted price is
per emplacement for the whole period, not per person
or per night.(Upon payment of a daily
surcharge ( to be paid in Euros) levied on arrival,
sites can be occupied on the Thursday prior
to the race - This is a new
directive from the Le Mans authorities). The only exception is Hunaudieres which includes a two man tent in the price.

every Circuit Campsite area ticket purchased
TWO Gen Admission tickets must be purchased as well. |

Taking off every 10 minutes and twice covering the 8-mile circuit, the flights carry only 5 passengers. Check-in and lift off is is from the ULM Hangar airfield gate, 100 mtres from the Maison Blanche entrance to the circuit (Entrée Souterrain Sud)

Le
Belle Vie de Chateau (means ' the good life in a
Chateau' ) we have arranged for camping in the picturesque
setting which has a shower block,
washing facilities and toilets.Our package starts
after arrival on Friday 13th June 2008.
On Friday night we include a cold buffet for your
enjoyment and follow with breakfast on Saturday
morning.
We have a coach to take you on the short journey to
the circuit which departs at 09.00hrs. This leaves
Le Mans at 22.00hrs.
On Sunday we have breakfast, then our coach will
take you to the circuit at 10.00hrs for the finish
of the race. After the celebrations the coach will
bring you back to the Chateau leaving at 18.00 hrs.
This evening we include a hot buffet for you. Wine
and beers are available at the Chateau to have with
your meal WHICH YOU CAN
PURCHASE if required. |

our arrangements are as comprehensive as ever - with
allocations of space on the most popular ferry routes
and times.
Hotel Accommodation
only: As will be seen from the last
two columns of the grid, accommodation only (i.e. without
travel) may be booked at the hotels shown for the minimum
number of nights in conjunction with entrance or grandstand
tickets. We can of course offer tickets only, plus camping

Travel Tickets
By the route selected as detailed under 'Travel
Basis' for regular cars; those with roof racks, 4x4's,
MPV'S, vans and minibuses may carry a supplement.
Health Travel
Card.
The existing E111 form entitling British residents to
free or reduced cost health care in most European countries,
becomes invalid on January 1st 2006. The new card can
be applied for online or by phoning 0845 606 2030
Group Reservation
For passengers booking together as a party,
or for Motor Club members booking together, we can give
free places or a discount, depending upon the number
of passengers and cars travelling - please telephone
for details.
Hotel
Room and breakfast accommodation for the number
of nights stated, in a room with facilities, including
taxesand service. The exceptions are the College Halls
of Residence where at Neuville sur Sarthe the rooms
are without private facilities, and where en suite facilities
are absent bathrooms are situated in the corridors.
Campsite/Parking
A campsite emplacement from Wednesday to Monday
-or - parking for one car for the duration of your stay
within the validity of your ferry tickets.
Race Tickets
Because of the variations in price we do not
include this in the basic cost of an arrangement, but
a separate list is available. See price list at the top of the page.
Gold Cover Personal Insurance
Personal cover is an obligatory extra for inclusive
arrangements, and the cost, should you request it will be added to your account..
Vehicle cover
This cover is optional, and the charge should be deleted
from your account if not required.
