How to get to the circuit:
( KLIA = New Kuala Lumpur International Airport.)

By car
from the new KLIA it is a 10 minute journey, a distance of 35km East. Only a mere 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur, the access to the circuit is hassle-free via the six-lane North-South Central Link Expressway. There are several parking areas, with a weekend charge of £13 per vehicle.

Public Transport
Commuter Train - From the city centre to Nilai KTM Railway Commuter Station, which will cost you approx. RM 4.50 (-:70p one way) From Nilai, take a taxi or bus to KLIA
Taxi -Fare to KLIA, according to meter, from the city centre costs approx RM60.00 ( £10.00)
Buses - From the city spectators can purchase bus tickets to KLIA at the Hentian Duta (HD) Counter.
At KLIA, tickets can be purchased at the Main Terminal Building or at the Bus Terminal on the ground level of the Covered Car Park.

The Malaysian currency is the Malaysian Ringgit (RM) which exchanges at approx 5.50 to £1Sterling. This fluctuates, so you would need to update your information at the time of the visit .

Malaysian Grand Prix Sepang F1 Circuit details:
The Turns:
Turns 1 - 3 (chicane)..- Stands K1.K2
Watch the thrill of drivers trying to overtake at the start and see sharp deceleration at this hairpin.
Turns 4 - 5. Natural hill stand G
Expect speeds of 245kph when approaching turn.4, a great overtaking opportunity stretch of the circuit.
Turns 7&15
By Hill Stand E watch double action as cars approach turn at 210kph and at the same time watch cars decelerate into hairpin at turn 15.Turns 9 - 11 By Hill Stand C, spectators are able to watch half of the track, and see drivers traveling at speeds up to 300kph on straight to turn 15 hairpin.

Grandstand - Sepang F1 Circuit Kuala Lumpur
A stunning palm-lined Mall exists in this superb 2-level structure, which is able to accommodate 30,000 spectators in comfort. In addition a further 100,000 can watch in comfort from the Natural Stands situated around this 5,452 kilometer circuit with fifteen bends and a 16 metre width track to allow ample space for overtaking .
