the Bvd. Albert 1er, the main avenue along the
harbour, this tall impressive building is on the
last third of of the start/finish straight opposite
the swimming pool area and the spectacular harbour
where all the luxury yachts are moored. Obviously
the vistas from the roof are superb and you have
an unique view of almost the whole circuit, while
the remainder can be seen from the big T.V screen.
Your
view will include:

- The Pit
Lane.

straight from the tunnel exit to the Chicane.
- The chicane at Grandstand

The
Monaco track around the impressive Casino is the
only temporary street circuit on the Formula One calendar.
The city of Monaco gives the race a breathtaking
backdrop. As the circuit is located in the heart
of the city the view from the normal grandstands
is naturally inferior to those on permanent race
circuits.
With our apartment in the Albatros we offer the
opportunity to watch about 80% of the start/ finish
straight and enjoy our VIP service at a competitive
price.

Bd. Albert 1er in the first third of the start /

| The exact opening hours will be announced as soon as the official programme is publlshed. The flat will open in the morning from 30minutes before any action starts on the track. In the afternoon the flat will open until 6 p.m.... If there is any action on the track after 6 p.m the flat will be open until 30minutes after the last practice or race. |

Therefore, we are proud to be able to offer one of the best locations in Monaco to enjoy the Grand Prix. From the apartment on the 6th floor you have a unique view of almost the whole circuit including the pit lane.
The building Ermanno is the last building on the start -finish straight located directly on the track. You will have a fantastic view to the first corner, St Devote. The St Devote corner is one of the most spectacular corners and gurantees a lot of action. |

A very popular restaurant, well respected locally, and extremely well situated for the Grand Prix, being at the end of the harbour at the Tabac turn, which is part of the circuit where all the drivers are jockeying for position. This of course makes it very convenient for the included seat in the nearby Grandstand 'K'. All enthusiasts agree that Grandstand 'K' offers some of the best seats on the circuit.
The menu at this ideally situated restaurant will of course be different on each of the two days, but on each day it will include an aperitif, a half bottle of wine, mineral water and coffee. |

Even though Monaco is a street circuit, it is virtually impossible to watch the race while enjoying a meal, certainly not with the food as good as at the excellent Restaurant 'Tender To'. We have been able to arrange seats on the veranda from which you can view the race as the cars come towards you along the chicane by grandstand E after exiting the tunnel, as they are travelling to the swimming pool.
The price for two days will include:

The Paddock Club
is for exclusive hospitality, and is located at
a site which has a good vantage point on each circuit,
where days can be spent in complete comfort.
An excellent four-course lunch with wine is served
each day, and refreshments are available throughout.
Each marquee has a terrace for relaxation. Paddock
Club guests enjoy superb views of the track from
special grandstands with reserved seats, or from
Club facilities where the Paddock Club is located
on the Pit roof. Every day there is a Pit walkabout
to give a closer look at the teams and the cars.
Corporate Entertaining:
The Paddock Club will certainly create the right
impression if you wish to take guests to a Grand
Prix. You may have tables for 10 or have your own
marquee for 50 or more. The excellent catering is
of course very flexible so that you may add or alter
to suit. |
