By far the most glamorous and popular of all the F1 circuits - a 'must' for anybody who enjoys the sport and wants to soak up the atmosphere, not only of Monaco, but of the Mediterranean coast line.... The street circuit is a difficult one so that pole position is almost crucial to have any chance of winning. Much therefore relies on the qualifying sessions, an exciting build up to a day of unrivalled competition. For some it forms part of a longer holiday, but many more enthusiasts prefer to make it a long weekend. Airports and flights are incredibly diverse these days, so we have pleasure in offering:-

Travel NICE - MONACO
Being aware of the horrendous traffic and parking problems when travelling by car or taxi we are certain that some people may like to consider an alternative.

RAIL
Let us supply you with a rail ticket - Nice Villa to Monte Carlo town centre . A regular service ( up to 4 trains an hour) takes just 25min. each way. Having your own ticket gives freedom to select time of travel, and avoids queuing.

HELICOPTER
A service departs every 15 minutes from Nice Airport to the Monaco Helipad (flying time approx. 10 mins.) then by mini-bus to central Monaco for the circuit (on the outward journey only).

Travel Tickets
By the route selected as detailed under 'Travel Basis' for regular cars; those with roof racks, 4x4's, MPV's, vans and minibuses may carry a supplement.

Health Travel Card.
The existing E111 form entitling British residents to free or reduced cost health care in most European countries, becomes invalid on January 1st 2006. The new card can be applied for online or by phoning 0845 606 2030

Passport and Visas
A valid 10 year passport is required for all journeys to another country, but holders of a British Citizen passport do not require a visa for the countries shown in our arrangements. If you are a British Dependent Territories Citizen, British Overseas Citizen, British Subject, British National Overseas or a British Protected Person, you may need a visa that is not required by British Citizens. Offering the freedom of taking your own car by the route you want, on the day you want, is most popular and our arrangements are as comprehensive as ever.
Prices are for travel by car and the relevant number of occupants. - N.B; prices for 3 persons in a car include the supplement for single room at hotel. The Race ticket, because of the variation in prices is not included in the basic cost of an inclusive arrangement, but a separate list is to be found by

Special Note
We are now legally required to give Ferry Companies prior information concerning ALL PASSENGERS who travel. i.e Surname, initials, sex, age and special assistance , so you should have this information available when booking.

Documentation Requirements for your journey
These are minimal , assuming you hold a British Citizen Passport but please also note the following:
1. Modern Photocard licences are valid to visit all European Grand's Prix
2. An International Driving Permit is required by holders of all other U.K licenses to visit the Hungarian Grand Prix
3. Holders of an old (green) licence require an International Driving Permit for Spain & Italy
4. The car Registration Document should be carried at all times
5. A Red Warning Triangle, a set of spare bulbs and headlight adjusters must always be carried, plus a G.B.

Note - Visas
Remember - a visa for France is required for many nationals.
